Refunds can not be issued for contact lenses where the box containing them has been opened, unless due to a manufacturing fault. This is because Contact Lenses are a medical device and once the seal of the packet is broken, they can not be used for anyone else.
Glasses that have been made to your prescription can not be returned unless there is a fault, this is because they glasses have been made specifically for your prescription.
